CRICKET CHAMP

Privacy Policy

Soulrush Games LLP · Last modified: 25 October 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Soulrush Games LLP ("Soulrush Games", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal information when you download, install, access, play or otherwise use the Cricket Champ mobile game on Android or iOS, including its updates, the web pages we publish for it, and any support we provide in connection with it (together, the "Game"). It also explains the choices and rights you have.

Soulrush Games LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. We determine the purposes and means of processing the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. Depending on where you live, this makes us the "Data Fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), the "body corporate" under India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the "controller" under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR") and similar laws.

In this Privacy Policy:

  • "personal information" means any information about an individual who is identified or identifiable by or in relation to that information, including through an online identifier such as an account identifier or device identifier;
  • "processing" means any operation performed on personal information, such as collection, recording, storage, use, sharing, disclosure or erasure;
  • "Player ID" means the identifier shown to you in the Game that links your device to your game account; and
  • "service providers" means companies that process personal information on our behalf and on our instructions to help us run the Game.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By downloading, installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it. Where applicable law requires your consent for a particular use of your personal information, we ask for it separately, and you may withdraw it at any time as described in Section 6. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not download, install or use the Game. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Personal information we collect

The Game does not require you to create an account with a name, email address, phone number or password. We collect the following personal information.

Information you provide to us

  • Names and text you enter: any name, handle or text you type into the Game, such as your manager or owner name, your handle, or names you give to players or your club.
  • Feedback and ideas: anything you write in the Game's feedback or ideas box, together with your device identifier, Player ID, app version, language and platform.
  • Support communications: if you contact us, your email address, the name you use, the content of your messages and attachments, and any other information you choose to give us.

Information we collect automatically

  • Account identifiers: a random account identifier created automatically through Firebase Authentication when you first open the Game, your Player ID, your Google Play Games player identifier if your device uses Play Games, and app instance identifiers created by our analytics and crash reporting tools.
  • Device identifiers: an identifier your device's operating system provides to the Game; a push notification token; on Android, the App Set ID (an identifier that Google Play services shares only among apps from the same developer, which Google's analytics and advertising tools use for analytics and to prevent fraud); and, where your device settings allow it, your device's advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID, or on iOS the IDFA only if you allow tracking).
  • Game data: your progress, club, squad, matches, results, seasons, achievements, tutorial progress, settings and language; balances of in-game currency and items; and a record of what you earn, spend and receive in the Game.
  • Usage data: how you interact with the Game, such as sessions and their length, screens viewed, matches started and finished, features used, rewards claimed, rewarded ads watched, purchases made, and the dates and times of these events.
  • Device and technical data: device model and manufacturer, operating system and version, app version, device language, time zone, crash logs, error reports and performance information.
  • Network data and approximate location: your IP address, and your approximate location (such as country, region or city) which our service providers derive from it. We do not collect your precise (GPS) location.
  • Fair play data: information that shows whether the Game or its data has been modified or tampered with, such as rewards or currency changes that do not match the Game's rules.

Information we receive from third parties

  • Google Play Games (Android): if your device is signed in to Google Play Games, the Game links your Play Games account to your game account in the background, so your progress can be restored on another device. We receive your Play Games player identifier and the display name shown in Play Games. We do not receive your email address or password.
  • App stores and payment providers (Google Play and the Apple App Store): confirmation of purchases you make in the Game, such as the order or transaction identifier, the product bought, its price and currency, and the date and time. We do not receive your card or bank details.
  • Advertising partners (Google AdMob): confirmation that you completed a rewarded ad, including a transaction identifier, so that we can give you the reward.
  • Analytics providers (Google): reports about how the Game is used and how people found it, such as information about the store listing or campaign that led to an install.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for or intentionally collect your real name, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, videos or other files, camera or microphone input, precise location, payment card or bank account details, or government identifiers. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as information about health, biometrics, sexual orientation, religious or political beliefs, or financial information. Please do not include sensitive or identifying information in names you type into the Game, in feedback, or in messages to us.

Children and age

Where the law in your region makes your age matter, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Game asks for your year of birth the first time you open it. We keep only an age band (under 13, 13 to 17, or 18 and over), never your year of birth, and we use it to set up advertising appropriately:

  • Under 13: no ads are shown, and no advertising identifiers or ad personalisation signals are used. We process only the information needed to run, save and secure the Game and to understand how it is played.
  • 13 to 17: only non-personalised ads, limited to content suitable for teenagers, and no ad personalisation signals.
  • 18 and over: ads as described in "Advertising" in Section 2.

Elsewhere, the Game does not ask for your age. The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children, and ads are shown as described in "Advertising" in Section 2.

If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who should read this Privacy Policy. Under the DPDP Act, a person under 18 is a child. We do not knowingly carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.

If you are a parent or guardian and want to review or delete your child's information, contact us at [email protected] with the Player ID shown in the Game's Settings, and we will help.

2. How we use your personal information

We use personal information only for the purposes below. The legal basis shown in brackets applies where the law requires us to have one, such as under the GDPR. Under the DPDP Act, we process personal information with your consent or for a legitimate use the DPDP Act permits.

  • To provide and operate the Game: to create your account, save and synchronise your progress, restore it if you reinstall, and deliver rewards and purchases. (Performance of our contract with you; your consent where required.)
  • To keep the Game fair, safe and secure: to check rewards, purchases and in-game currency on our servers, to detect and prevent cheating, tampering, fraud and abuse, and to limit spam. (Our legitimate interests in a fair and secure game; compliance with legal obligations.)
  • To understand and improve the Game: to learn how the Game is used and to improve its design, content, balance and performance. (Our legitimate interests in improving the Game; your consent where required.)
  • To adjust gameplay to you: to adapt opponent strength, difficulty and which in-game offers appear to your progress and results. (Performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests.)
  • To fix problems: to find and fix crashes and technical problems. (Our legitimate interests in a working game.)
  • To send notifications: to send push notifications about the Game. (Your consent, given through your device's notification permission.)
  • To show rewarded ads: to show the rewarded ads you choose to watch, measure them, prevent ad fraud and give you the reward. (Your consent where required; otherwise our legitimate interests in funding a free game.)
  • To provide support: to respond to feedback, support requests and requests to exercise your rights. (Performance of our contract with you; compliance with legal obligations.)
  • To meet legal requirements and protect our rights: to comply with law, keep tax and accounting records, enforce our terms, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. (Compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interests.)
  • For business transfers: to carry out a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of our business or assets. (Our legitimate interests.)

We will not use your personal information for a purpose that is incompatible with those listed above without first telling you and, where required, obtaining your consent.

Fair play, anti-cheat and automated processing

  • Our servers automatically check rewards, purchases and changes to in-game currency against the Game's rules. If something does not match, for example because the Game has been modified, the server may refuse the change, remove items that were not legitimately earned, or flag the account. In serious or repeated cases, we may restrict or suspend the account.
  • The Game automatically adjusts some gameplay, such as opponent strength, difficulty and which in-game offers appear, based on your progress and results.
  • We group usage data into segments, such as new or returning players, to understand how the Game is used.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you. If you believe an automated check has affected your account in error, contact us and a person will review it.

Advertising

The Game shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. Ads are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC.

To serve, personalise, cap the frequency of and measure ads, and to prevent ad fraud, Google may collect information from your device, including your advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Google may use this information to show you ads that are personalised to your interests, and may combine it with information it holds from other sources. For some of these activities Google acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

We do not receive your name or contact details from Google AdMob. We receive confirmation that you completed a rewarded ad so that we can give you the reward.

You can limit personalised advertising at any time:

  • Android: open your device's Settings, then Google (or Privacy), then Ads, where you can delete or reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation. The exact menu names depend on your device and Android version.
  • iOS: the Game can access your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking.

If you opt out of personalised ads, you may still be offered ads, but they will not be personalised using your advertising identifier.

3. Who we share your personal information with

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with data brokers. We share personal information only as follows:

  • Other players: the Game has no chat and does not show your personal information to other players.
  • Service providers: companies that process personal information on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only to provide their services to us. They are listed under "Advertising, analytics and service partners" below.
  • Advertising partners: Google AdMob, and the advertisers and ad networks Google works with under its own policies, as described in Section 2.
  • App stores and payment providers: Google Play and Apple, to process purchases and distribute the Game.
  • Authorities and legal requirements: courts, law enforcement agencies, regulators and other authorities where we are required by law, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or request, to enforce our terms, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our players, the public or Soulrush Games.
  • Acquirers: a buyer, successor or other party in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets or insolvency. Personal information would remain subject to this Privacy Policy or to a policy that is at least as protective.
  • With your consent or at your direction: for example, when you share an image from the Game, it goes to the app or person you choose through your device's share menu. We do not see where you share it.
  • Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for example in reports about how the Game is played.

Third party privacy practices

The Game includes software development kits ("SDKs") from the partners listed below, which collect information from your device in a similar way to cookies on websites. The Game and our web pages may also link to, or let you open, services operated by others, such as app stores, our community channels or the apps you share content with. Each of these third parties processes personal information under its own privacy policy, not this one, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Our web pages, including this one, do not set cookies or use analytics. They are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, and they load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

Security

We use reasonable security practices and procedures, including technical, organisational and physical measures appropriate to the nature of the information, to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure. These include encryption of information in transit, encryption of stored information by our hosting provider, server-side checks on every save and reward, access rules that limit each game account to its own data, restriction of administrative access to the people who need it, and contracts that require our service providers to protect the information they process for us.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities, including the Data Protection Board of India, as and when required by law. You can help protect your information by keeping your device's operating system and the Game up to date and by not installing modified versions of the Game.

4. Where we process your personal information

Your game account, save, backups and feedback are stored on Google Cloud servers located in Mumbai, India. Our service providers, including Google, may process some personal information, such as analytics, crash reporting and advertising information, in other countries, including the United States and countries in the European Economic Area. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

Where we or our service providers transfer personal information across borders, we rely on safeguards required by applicable law, such as our providers' data processing terms and, for transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities. We comply with any restrictions the Government of India places on transfers of personal information outside India.

5. How long we store your information

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to meet legal, tax, accounting and reporting requirements, to resolve disputes, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to enforce our terms. When deciding how long to keep information, we consider its nature, the purpose for which we hold it, whether we can achieve that purpose in another way, and our legal obligations. In particular:

  • Game account and save: while your account is active, and until you delete it in the Game or ask us to. We may delete accounts that have been inactive for three years. Where the law requires, we will notify you before doing so.
  • Backups: up to 7 days, after which they are overwritten.
  • Purchase and transaction records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, which can be up to 8 years.
  • Fair play, fraud and security records: as long as necessary to prevent fraud and abuse, and normally no longer than one year after your account is deleted, unless we need them for a dispute or a legal requirement.
  • Feedback: up to 2 years, and no longer than your account.
  • Support communications: up to 2 years after your last message.
  • Analytics information: up to 14 months in event-level form; after that, only in aggregated form.
  • Crash reports: up to 90 days.
  • Advertising information held by Google: as set out in Google's policies.

When a retention period ends, we delete the personal information or anonymise it so that it can no longer identify you.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • obtain a summary of the personal information we hold about you, the processing activities we carry out, and the identities of those we have shared it with, together with a description of the information shared;
  • receive a copy of your personal information, and in some cases have it transferred to another organisation;
  • correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
  • have your personal information erased;
  • withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal. Some features may stop working if you withdraw consent they depend on;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • have a grievance addressed by us, and if you are not satisfied, complain to the relevant authority (see Section 7); and
  • nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

How to exercise your rights

Email [email protected] with a description of your request and the Player ID shown in the Game. Because we do not ask for your name or email address when you play, we may not be able to find your information without your Player ID. To protect your information, we may ask for details that only the holder of the account would know, such as details of your device or your progress, before acting on a request. If someone else makes a request on your behalf, such as a nominee, parent or authorised agent, we may ask for proof of their authority.

We will respond within one month of receiving a verified request, or within any shorter period required by applicable law. Where the law allows us to extend this period, we will tell you why. We do not charge for requests, unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive and the law allows a reasonable fee. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Deleting your account and information

To delete your account and personal information in the Game, open Settings, tap DELETE MY DATA and hold the button to confirm. You need an internet connection. Your game account, cloud save and feedback are deleted from our servers straight away, the information stored on your device is erased, and the Game restarts as a new install. Copies in our backups are overwritten within 7 days.

If you cannot use the Game, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and include the Player ID shown in the Game. We will delete your account and information within 30 days of verifying your request and confirm by email.

Deletion is permanent. You will lose your progress and anything in your account, including in-game currency and items, whether earned or purchased, and these cannot be restored or refunded except where the law requires.

We may keep limited information after deletion where the law requires or allows it: records of your purchases (order number, product, price and date) for tax and accounting, and fair play and fraud records, stored under a one-way coded reference rather than your account, Player ID or device, for the periods set out in Section 5. Analytics, crash and advertising information held by our service providers is linked to random identifiers and expires according to the periods in Section 5 and Google's policies. You can reset your advertising identifier at any time, as described in Section 2.

Uninstalling the Game removes information stored on your device, but does not delete your cloud save. This is so that you can restore your progress if you reinstall.

Your choices

  • Push notifications: turn them off at any time in your device's settings.
  • Personalised ads: see "Advertising" in Section 2.
  • Privacy choices: where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Game's Settings include PRIVACY CHOICES, where you can review or change your advertising consent.
  • Rewarded ads: watching an ad is always optional.
  • Analytics and other processing based on legitimate interests: you may object by contacting us.

If you are in India

We process personal information in accordance with the DPDP Act and the rules made under it as they come into force, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. You may exercise the rights described above, including the rights to access a summary of your information, correction and erasure, grievance redressal and nomination.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland

The legal bases we rely on are set out in Section 2. You have the rights described above, including the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. International transfers are described in Section 4.

If you are elsewhere

If you live in a country or region whose law gives you additional rights over your personal information, we will honour those rights as required by that law. Residents of California and other US states should also read Addendum 1.

7. Contact & complaints

For any question, request or complaint about this Privacy Policy or your personal information, contact our Grievance Officer, who is also the person able to answer questions about our processing of personal information:

Grievance Officer
Soulrush Games LLP, India
Email: [email protected]

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, if you live outside India, to the data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Game, our practices or the law. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last modified" date at the top. If we make significant changes, we will also notify you in the Game or through another appropriate method before they take effect, and ask for your consent where the law requires it. Your continued use of the Game after an update takes effect means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy, except where your consent is required. Previous versions are available on request.

9. Governing law and language

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory data protection laws of the country where you live that apply to you. This Privacy Policy is written in English. If we provide a translation and there is any conflict between the English version and the translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

Collection and disclosure of personal information

In the last 12 months we collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as account, device and advertising identifiers, and IP address); commercial information (purchase records); internet or other electronic network activity information (usage data); approximate geolocation; and inferences drawn from usage, such as player segments. We collected them from the sources described in Section 1, for the purposes described in Section 2, and disclosed them for business purposes to the categories of recipients described in Section 3. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA. We keep personal information for the periods described in Section 5.

Sales of personal information and notice of right to opt out

We do not sell personal information for money. When Google AdMob uses advertising identifiers and device information to show personalised ads, this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, or a "sale", under some state laws. You can opt out by deleting or resetting your advertising ID or opting out of ads personalisation as described under "Advertising" in Section 2, or, where the Game shows it, by using PRIVACY CHOICES in the Game's Settings, or by contacting us. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

Your rights

You may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

How to exercise your rights

Follow the steps in "How to exercise your rights" in Section 6. If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy appeal". If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

Verification

We verify requests by matching the information you give us, such as your Player ID and details of your device or progress, with the information we hold. We will only use information you provide for verification to verify your request.

Authorising an agent

You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof that you gave them signed permission, and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

Shine the Light

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Do Not Track

The Game is not a web browser and does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
